These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Terms of Service" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 92pak8 platform, accessible at https://92pak8.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Site" or "92pak8"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 92pak8 (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Access to and use of the 92pak8 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether 92pak8 accepts registrations from your location.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by 92pak8 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions under applicable laws where such status would prohibit your participation.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. This information must match your official identity documents. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 92pak8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 KYC Verification. 92pak8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of residential address and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved prior to closure, and applicable bonus funds may be forfeited on closure.

5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5.2 Platform Availability. 92pak8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

5.3 Currency. All transactions on the Platform, including deposits, wagers and withdrawals, may be conducted in the currency supported by your Account. Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amounts referenced on this Platform are illustrative examples. Actual transaction currencies are determined by the cashier at the time of deposit.

5.4 Applicable Law. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction. 92pak8 provides no legal opinion regarding the lawfulness of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is entirely at your own risk.

6.1 Funding Your Account. To place bets or wagers, you must first deposit funds into your Account via a supported payment method available in the cashier section. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on your location.

6.2 Payment References. The Platform references payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual purposes only. These references do not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that any named payment provider supports or facilitates online gambling. Actual payment method availability is determined solely by the Operator's current technical integrations.

6.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activities, or funds that belong to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.4 Minimum Deposits. A minimum deposit amount may apply and is displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts are subject to change and may vary by payment method.

6.5 Failed Transactions. 92pak8 accepts no responsibility for failed deposits resulting from issues with your payment provider, incorrect account details or technical failures at the payment provider's end. Contact your payment provider in the first instance for failed transaction queries.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals of real-money funds are available subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, compliance with any active wagering requirements and confirmation that your Account is in good standing.

7.2 Identity Matching. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your own legal name, matching your verified 92pak8 Account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed and may trigger a fraud investigation.

7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and operator. No guaranteed processing timeframe is represented or warranted by 92pak8. Delays may occur due to bank processing, KYC review or technical factors.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits are subject to change and may differ by payment method.

7.5 Right to Withhold. 92pak8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified through your registered contact details.

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during bonus play, bonus expiry dates, minimum deposit thresholds and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated winnings are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total wager volume of PKR 150,000 in qualifying games before any winnings become withdrawable. All PKR examples are illustrative only.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or event will apply. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.

8.4 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute varying percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. The applicable contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.

8.5 Bonus Abuse. 92pak8 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation of promotions, or use of bots or automated tools. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of the Operator.

8.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms, Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. Requesting a new bonus while one is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92pak8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information, including false identity documents.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activities that facilitate financial crime under applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage over other Users or the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate the outcome of games, bets or tournaments.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for promotional purposes or exploiting low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server or similar technology to disguise your true location.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable through any Platform communication channel.

10.1 All content on the 92pak8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of 92pak8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from 92pak8.

10.3 The 92pak8 name, logo and all related product and service names and slogans are trademarks of 92pak8. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

11.1 Platform Provided "As Is". The 92pak8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.

11.3 Gambling Losses. 92pak8 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Users on the Platform. Online gambling carries inherent financial risk and users accept this risk in full upon registration. Past results do not indicate future outcomes.

11.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may reference third-party payment providers and financial services for contextual purposes. 92pak8 does not control and is not responsible for the practices, availability or terms of any third-party service. Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — do not imply affiliation, endorsement or support for online gambling by those providers.

11.5 Maximum Aggregate Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of 92pak8 to any User in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 92pak8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be considered a source of income, a method of financial recovery or a response to emotional distress.

12.2 Available Tools. The Platform provides responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. Users are strongly encouraged to set these limits before beginning play. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

12.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will prevent access to the Platform for the requested duration.

12.4 Adults Only. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 92pak8 support. Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.

13.3 No Pakistani Jurisdiction. 92pak8 does not represent that Pakistani courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this Platform, nor does it hold a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority. Users in Pakistan access this Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

14.1 92pak8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

14.2 The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly to remain informed of any changes.

14.3 Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.
